2. Description of services
túatú PR provides international press release distribution services, media relations consultancy and corporate communication services. Our press release distribution service includes:
- Distribution of press releases to editorial media outlets in selected countries and regions
- Editorial review, drafting and translation of press releases (depending on the package selected)
- Media monitoring of published content (Standard, Pro and Enterprise packages)
- Delivery of campaign reports with published links and media data
- Access to a client area (My Results) to view publications and download reports
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Our Services are intended for business use. You represent that you have the authority to bind any entity on whose behalf you are using the Services.
4. User accounts
4.1 Registration
To access the client area (My Results), you must create an account using the same email address you used when placing your order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.2 Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering and placing orders. Providing false or misleading information may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
4.3 Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the integrity of our Services. Where possible, we will provide prior notice before taking such action.
5. User responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful and original content for distribution
- Ensure you hold all necessary rights to the content you submit, including images, videos and quotes
- Review and approve press release drafts promptly before distribution
- Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection and advertising laws in your jurisdiction and in the target country
- Not submit content that is defamatory, false, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful
6. Content policy
túatú PR reserves the right to review all content before distribution. We will not distribute press releases that:
- Contain false, misleading or defamatory statements
- Promote products or services that are illegal in the target country
- Relate to medicines or healthcare treatments restricted by the laws of the target country
- Promote weapons, dating services or any service that could facilitate exploitation
- Contain political content that attacks or discredits a political option without a proper signature, particularly during election periods
- Violate the intellectual property rights of any third party
Press releases related to cryptocurrencies, blockchain, token-related projects, legal matters, betting, vaping or politically sensitive topics require prior review before an order is placed. Please contact us before purchasing to ensure your content meets our editorial guidelines and the requirements of the target media.
Each country may also have specific editorial restrictions. Please review the individual country page before placing your order.
7. Distribution & guarantees
7.1 Publication timelines
Most press releases are published within 48 to 72 business hours after payment and content approval. Weekends and public holidays in the target country are not counted within this timeframe.
7.2 Guaranteed publications
For packages that include guaranteed publications, túatú PR commits to securing publication in pre-agreed media outlets. The specific outlets are described on each country product page. Essential packages include distribution only, with no publication guarantee.
7.3 Third-party media
Once a press release has been distributed, túatú PR cannot guarantee how long it will remain published on third-party websites, as each outlet manages its own content independently. We cannot retract, modify or delete content that has been published by third parties.
7.4 No refunds after distribution
Once a press release has been approved and distributed, no refunds will be issued in full or in part due to lack of results, feedback, or changes in the client’s circumstances.
8. Payments & refunds
8.1 Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client.
8.2 Payment methods
We accept payment by credit or debit card (via Stripe), PayPal and bank transfer. All payments must be made in advance of service delivery.
8.3 Right of withdrawal
Clients based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of placing an order, provided that the service has not yet commenced (i.e. the press release has not been submitted for editorial review or distribution). To exercise this right, please contact us in writing at info@tuatupr.com within the 14-day period.
Once editorial work or distribution has begun, the right of withdrawal is forfeited in accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
All content on tuatupr.com — including text, design, graphics, logos, software and other materials — is the property of túatú PR and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
By submitting a press release to túatú PR, you confirm that you own or hold the necessary rights to all content submitted, and you grant túatú PR a non-exclusive licence to use, edit, translate and distribute the content as part of the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, túatú PR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business or reputational damage.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if your use of our Services poses a risk to us, other users or third parties.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
